Today we feature Berry Berry Kix from General Mills...another one of Andrew's FAVORITE cereals...how many can he have?? Plus, Scotty learns about sports with Wheaties and we love and hate new Kellogg's Special K With Raspberries...can you guess who hates it?
Scotty punishes Andrew with a slew of vanilla cereals that mostly lack any vanilla flavor. The newest Raisin Bran Crunch is featured with vanilla and almonds which gets high ratings! However, it ends there. We follow that up with Vanilla Life (he doesn't like it)...then a vanilla variety of Honey Bunches Of Oats from Post, and then Special K's Vanilla & Almond. Ummm...listen to how Andrew had no idea that the big K is for Kellogg's! Duh.
In this follow up to our first 'healthy' episode, Scotty's wife sits in and makes him choke down some Grape Nuts. That does not go well. Next is Smart Start from Kellogg's, followed by a visit from the Cap'n with his classic Crunch from Quaker. Surprise! We also 'dip' into a bonus box from General Mills!
After Scotty steals multiple packages of Malt-O-Meal Cereal from his daughter's summer camp, we try these name brand rip-offs and actually enjoy at least one of them!
Scotty thinks it's ok to consider these cereals both classic and new, since Froot Loops, Cocoa Puffs and Frosted Flakes have all been around for years...but now they all have marshmallows in them! Give a listen as Andrew assaults Scotty with each and every one of them!
Is he Andrew or Mikey? In this episode we try classic Life Cereal from Quaker, then 2 varieties of Kellogg's Froot Loops...both Birthday Cake and Wild Berry. BTW...Andrew didn't know berries can grow in the wild. Also, Scotty may have cut his foot on a loop. Give a listen! It's loads of fun!
Wow...this was not a good one...as far as taste goes. We go from artificial tasting Oh's, to some nasty Cotton Candy Crunch, then end up with gross, earthy, Cinnamon Puffins...courtesy of Barbara. Lesson learned - always end with marshmallows!
OK...maybe it's not a prize...or even anything remotely good...but thanks to our listener Kim, Andrew finally gets his Post Chicken & Waffles Cereal. Also included in this bonus episode is Chicken's counterpart, Maple Bacon Donuts. Spoiler alert...there's no actual chicken or bacon in either of these. But our mood suddenly brightens with a bag full of cereal marshmallows!!! However, even those can't improve these thankfully limited edition messes. K thanks byeeee!

Scotty introduces Andrew to one of his adult favorites that 'shreds' his throat, then more cookies from Post as Scotty takes one for the team and tries Nilla Banana Pudding Cereal. Even marshmallows can't save this one. Oh, and to cleanse our palates, more Oreos!!
This emergency bonus episode comes to you because there is *BREAKING CEREAL NEWS* that Andrew said could never happen. Kellogg's has quietly changed the Rice Krispies Treats Cereal recipe! Gone are the clusters of treats you are used to. Scotty thinks this will take him back to his childhood when he loved Marshmallow Krispies. Does this new version do it? Or is it a disappointment to both of them???
