According to Andrew, you don't know what Double Nickel means. He likes to insult your intelligence. In any event, Diamond graces us with her presence and actually tries some Chex! There's not much she can eat, so this is a huge accomplishment. She then leaves so we can try a new Krave from Kellogg's and an obscure corn cereal from Quaker.
In this episode, we'll check out a Fiber One cereal with fruit that Andrew is 'allergic' to. Next, we'll hang with the Quaker and some more cinnamon. Then...there's rosemary. Why would you put rosemary in cereal? Well, actually, granola. We'll investigate a Bear Naked variety. Oh, and Andrew is on his phone throughout the whole episode. Millennial.
Garrett must be mad that he is never allowed on, so he handed us a box. We tried what was in said box, and we're surprised we made it through this episode. Tip: Don't order cereals from Facebook or Insta ads. However, all is right with the world once again when we try some Frosted Mini Wheats from Kellogg's! Quite frankly, we probably would have given Puffins 5 bowls after the crap we started off with! Have fun!
In this episode, we check out another Honey Nut variety from General Mills, plus Scotty is so happy he found a super expensive box of Morning Summit! Then we try a fruity Special K variety that Scotty had in his basement for a little too long. Will Andrew have an allergic reaction? Does Garrett actually get to finally review a cereal??? Listen and find out!
So...here it is. Our 50th episode! We thought it would be way more exciting. Scotty's confetti sucked, and almost no guests showed up. Producer Sam popped in to help review the all-new Frozen II concoction from Kellogg's, then classic Corn Flakes, and a discontinued variety of Raisin Bran Crunch for the Kellogg's trifecta. Sorry...no refunds.
Peanut Butter & Jelly Perfection!
We finally get to try Peanut Butter & Jelly Puffs from Millville, Aldi's private label. We'll try another Frosted Mini Wheats variety from Kellogg's, we hang with Three Sisters once again, plus...we'll tiptoe through the Cereal Graveyard for a listener request!
In this, the longest episode ever, Greg T somehow joins us and rants about how we should change up the podcast. Scott's blood pressure goes through the roof as he tries to get him to leave. Eventually, we try classic Cheerios, some Fruity Probiotic Special K (that Greg has an allergic reaction to later in the day), and we give Mom another shot with her Honey Grahams. Good luck getting through this one.
In this episode, Scotty brings a nut butter cereal from Nature's Path back from Santa Fe. A (kinda) healthy cereal that Scotty likes? What?? Then...shocker! Another one of Andrew's 'favorites'! Breaking out the Frosted Krispies from Kellogg's. Then some great listeners sent us some Cap'n Crunch Halloween Crunch to try. Green milk! Eww!
We gave Barbara every opportunity to wow us with her crap cereals. She failed with Puffins...again. Bye Barbara! Another one of Andrew's 'favorites' in this episode, as we try Corn Chex. Also, will Kashi come through replicating Andrew's beloved Cinnabon Cereal? We think not. Engineer Jeff makes a special appearance at the end, gaging right along with Scotty & Andrew.
Honey Bunches Of Cracklin' Chocolate Cheerio
While we actually try Frosted Cheerios in this episode, we had to throw chocolate in the title. Have some patience and you'll find out why. Also included, a new fall variety of HBOO from Post and good 'ol Cracklin' Oat Bran from Kellogg's...don't forget to put your teeth in!
In this episode, we try 3 chocolate cereals that masquerade as 'healthy'. They may not be stocked in every supermarket, but they are available nationwide. Will you want to try them? Doubtful...but we'll do it for you and let you know. There is a chimp involved, but we promise...no poop throwing. 'Hey guys!'
In this episode, Fancy Spirit Dancer and Mystic Nimble Flower try Kellogg's Unicorn Cereal. We'll just leave that there. Then some delicious Chocolate Chex, and another cereal Andrew has never heard of...Basic 4 from General Mills. Plus, we'll take a trip to the Cereal Killers Graveyard to pay our respects to OJ Joe.
They're Grrrreat! (For the most part)
This time around we try some hashbrown lookin' Weetabix, the new Maple Cheerios...when Andrew is devastated to find out a breakfast syrup fact...then on to the classic, can't believe we haven't done it yet, Kellogg's Frosted Flakes!
